Highlands Ranch, Colorado Based Child Care Center is a premier early childhood education center dedicated to providing a nurturing, secure, and stimulating environment for young learners. We recognize that age two is a year of incredible transformation—where language explodes and independence begins to shine. We are looking for a patient, high-energy educator to lead our Two’s classroom and guide these curious explorers.

The Role

As the Lead Two’s Teacher at Highlands Ranch, Colorado Based Child Care Center, you will be the architect of a classroom that balances structured learning with necessary movement. You will support children as they navigate big emotions, learn to socialize with peers, and conquer the milestone of potty training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Curriculum for Discovery: Implement a curriculum that focuses on "learning by doing," including sensory bins, music and movement, and early social skills.

• Potty Training Leadership: Partner with parents to provide a consistent, positive approach to toilet training.

• Emotional Coaching: Help two-year-olds identify their feelings and learn the basics of "taking turns" and "using our words."

• Communication: Provide daily digital updates to parents regarding milestones, meals, and nap times.

• Safety & Licensing: Ensure the classroom meets all Colorado licensing requirements for the two-year-old age group.
